“I’ve not Laughed so much for Ages!”

Our new show, ‘The Big Flinger’ was well received at the High Angle Battery on Portland this weekend. Commissioned by B-side, it was brought to audiences by Comm. Butterworth and Gunners Hoskins and Piper. Children rose to their responsibilities within a deadly serious military drill, firing their teddies through the Flinger, performing as stretcher bearers, and carrying out ‘BFG’ to the most seriously wounded. Comments included  “So brilliant, especially with all the audience participation“, “Awesome!”, “Brilliant”, “Really Lovely, I loved the way the performance was based in reality and our times.”
